本校辦理外國學生招生事務，除宣傳推廣及協助學生辦理來臺相關必要程序外，無委由校外機構、法人、團體或個人辦理招生之相關事項。
The University is solely responsible for the admission of international students. Except for the promotion of admission programs and assistance with necessary procedures for studying in Taiwan, the University has not authorized or entrusted any external institutions, legal entities, organizations, or individuals to conduct any admission-related activities on its behalf.

• 獎學金 Scholarship

依據本校外國學生獎助學金辦法，申請條件如下：

According to the university's regulations on scholarships for international students, the application conditions are as follows:

第三條 一般申請入學之外國學生獎助學金金額為1/2學雜費獎助學金，名額由「外國學生申請入學委員會」決定之；國際產學合作專班或因合作性暨特殊性申請入學者，名額及獎助金由「外國學生申請入學委員會」決定之。

Article 3 The standard scholarship amount for international students applying for admission is half of the tuition and fees, with the number of recipients determined by the International Student Admission Committee. For applicants admitted through international-industry cooperation programs or due to cooperative and special arrangements, the number of recipients and scholarship amounts will also be decided by the International Student Admission Committee.

第四條 新生於入學申請時得提出獎助學金申請，並由「外國學生申請入學委員會」進行審查。獲獎助學金者，就學後因故休學、退學或撤銷學籍時，需繳回該學期領取之學雜費獎助學金。申請條件如下：

一、申請就讀本校之外國學生。

二、轉入本校之外國轉學生，持原就讀大專校院之學業總成績單，總平均 70 分(含)以上。行為良好，無不良紀錄者。

Article 4 New students may apply for scholarships when applying for admission, and their applications will be reviewed by the International Student Admission Committee. Scholarship recipients who suspend their studies, withdraw, or have their student status revoked for any reason must return the tuition and fees scholarship received for the semester in which the incident occurred. The application conditions are as follows:

1. International students applying to study at this university.

2. International transfer students applying to transfer to this university with a transcript of overall academic performance from their previous university or college, showing a minimum GPA of 70 and a record of good conduct with no disciplinary issues.

第五條 獲得第四條新生入學獎助學金者，就讀大學部滿一學年後須於每學期向國際事務處提出申請。申請條件如下：

一、就讀大學部滿一學年，爾後每學期審查操行成績達 80分(含)以上，且學業成績總平均達 75分(含)以上者，每名得頒予1/3學雜費獎助學金；學業成績總平均達 70分(含)以上者，每名得頒予1/6學雜費獎助學金。

二、就讀碩士班滿一學期，第一學年每學期至少修習 4 學分。在學期間每學期審查操行成績達 80分(含)以上，且學業成績總平均達 80分(含)以上者，每名得頒予1/2學雜費獎助學金；學業成績總平均達70分(含)以上者，每名得頒予1/4學雜費獎助學金。

Article 5 Recipients of the new student scholarships outlined in Article 4 must apply to the Office of International Affairs each semester after completing one academic year in the undergraduate program. The application conditions are as follows:

1. Undergraduate students who have completed one academic year will be eligible for a scholarship of one-third of the tuition and miscellaneous fees if they have a conduct score of 80 or above and an overall academic average of 75 or above. Students with an overall academic average of 70 or above will be eligible for a scholarship of one-sixth of the tuition and miscellaneous fees.

2. Master’s program students who have completed at least one semester and taken at least 4 credits per semester during the first academic year will be eligible for a scholarship of half of the tuition and miscellaneous fees if they have a conduct score of 80 or above and an overall academic average of 80 or above. Students with an overall academic average of 70 or above will be eligible for a scholarship of one-fourth of the tuition and miscellaneous fees.

第六條 領取本辦法獎助學金之學生每學期須完成協助有關就讀系或國際事務處相關活動20小時(新南向產學合作國際專班學生完成每學期 10 小時)。時數由上述各單位認證後送國際事務處執行彙整。

Article 6 Students who receive scholarships under these regulations are required to complete 20 hours per semester assisting with activities related to your department or the Office of International Affairs.

The tuition and miscellaneous fees for each department are charged based on the adjusted fee standards if there are any changes.

• • 學雜費不包含書籍費，書籍費用將根據課程和出版商的不同而有所不同。

The annual does not include book fees. Book fees will vary in accordance with the courses and publishers.
