About Hsiuping University of Science and Technology (HUST)
With over 55 years of rich history, Hsiuping University of Science and Technology was established in 1965 and is fully accredited by the Ministry of Education (MOE) in Taiwan. HUST holds a top academic ranking in Taiwan and offers both graduate and undergraduate programs with over 7000 students enrolled. HUST offers a wide variety of programs and is host to a variety of colleges specializing in areas such as management, engineering, tourism and creativity, general education, and more.

I. About the International Summer Session Program
Project Profile
Driven by the concept of worldwide international education, Hsiuping University of Science and Technology has been actively running an open university, introducing high-quality education resources from overseas (foreign countries), and cooperating with universities at home and abroad in student exchange and teacher cultivation programs. In order to further promote and improve the quality of talent cultivation, the university has specially initiated the 2020 International Summer Sessions, expecting to achieve our grand education blueprint of jointly forming an excellent team of distinguished professors and developing talent cultivation programs with prestigious university from all over the world.
The international summer courses offered by Hsiuping University of Science and Technology cover a wide range of disciplines and involve diverse fields, including business, economics, mathematics, science, humanities, arts, languages, etc. All courses are set up in accordance with the requirements of the international higher education system and academic standards of foreign universities. Our international summer courses are taught by foreign professors with professional education background and practical work experience in related fields. Students at home and abroad can apply for our summer courses.

III. Application Procedures
Applicants are required to fill out the Application Form for Registration of 2020 International Summer Sessions of Hsiuping University of Science and Technology, which is required to be submitted together with a copy of the applicant’s current transcript (or enrollment) and ID card to the email of the university’s International Summer Sessions (asia@hust.edu.tw).
After receiving the Application Form, staff of the International Summer Session Program will send the applicant a confirmation email.

Note: For students who need assistance in applying for a visa, please send an email to asia@hust.edu.tw. Hsiuping University of Science and Technology will assist students in applying for a 40-day Taiwan study visa.
